NBA: 2020/21 season is at risk of delays because 48 NBA players are considered to be COVID-19 positive

Up to 48/546 players obtained positive results for the Covid-19 virus after required monitoring by the NBA.

According to the latest statement by the NBA Executive Board and the NBPA Players Federation. After required testing for players, squad leaders and staff. Up to 48 players have tested positive for the COVID-19 virus. The experiments alluded to above shall be carried out from 24-30/11, at the headquarters of the teams.

Players that receive good outcomes will be obliged to quarantine in private quarters. This would undoubtedly have a certain effect on the planning for the new season.

According to some reports, the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) will decrease the quarantine advisory to 7 to 10 days from the moment the contaminated players provide negative results. This advice from the CDC will partially help players to train again quickly to prepare for the new season that will open on 22 December.

At present, the spread of the COVID-19 virus appears to be complicated across the United States

More than 14 million cases of virus infection were reported, including nearly 276,300 deaths on the morning of December 2. Almost 125,000 additional viral infections have occurred in the United States in the last 24 hours.

According to the president of the NBA, Adam Silver, the new season is also going to take place according to the schedule. Matches will also be in the old format. Teams will be reduced to 45 people per off-road ride, including players, coaching personnel and support staff.

Utah Jazz is still the only team to announce that it will open its doors for audiences to watch. It is understood that the number of spectators on the field would be reduced. Any other teams are already hoping to open the door for fans to cheer on the team next season.

The brightest star was sent off, OKC lost the gap to the Rockets

The referee chose to kick the player out of the field in a collision situation that was not Dennis Schroder’s.

Houston Rockets vs. Oklahoma City Thunder is dedicated to fans of the most compelling round 1 Playoffs. The score for this match is 2-2, so the game 5 hinges brings the survival factor.

In part, the return of Russell Westbrook makes the Houston Rockets a more valued team. OKC is forced to share his attention with his former player, who benefits James Harden!

Although he didn’t play completely, Schroder still scored the most points for OKC with 19 points

James Harden had 12 points in the first half, helping the Rockets take the lead 24-14. But there was another star on the opposite side of OKC, Dennis Schroder, who scored 18 points in the second half to help OKC shorten the score to 45-48 before half time.

However, the Rockets are a team with many more outstanding individuals, and at the beginning of the third half it was Eric Gordon’s turn to speak up 8 points in a row. When the distance is extended to 18, OKC also has a big drawback.

The best player on the orange side was in a normal collision with PJ Tucker. He was not the first to initiate, but he was still sent off by the referee, and the outcome was not unpredictable: OKC failed.

“The referee chased out Tucker right away. I wonder if that’s the reason why Schroder has also been sent away. I don’t understand why the referee has made this decision? ” to be said in the recent interview. Nevertheless, OKC didn’t have a strong game, loss was the product of a great deal of injustice to them. With 3-2 in support of the OKC, it is clear that coach Billy Donovan and his students are under great psychological pressure!

Lebron James is currently one of the best NBA players. Despite missing the 2019 NBA playoffs after joining the Los Angeles Lakers, we can’t get rid of what he’s achieved over the past few years. In fact, he led the Miami Heat and Cleveland Cavaliers to many championships. Lebron James along with Cleveland Cavaliers even defeated the 2016 Golden State Warriors – considered to be one of the greatest teams ever assembled in NBA history.
